Redeemer GC Leadership Process
This document carefully outlines each step in the training process to become a GC Leader. This document is the place to start if you are thinking about pursuing GC Leadership at Redeemer.
Redeemer GC Leader Pre-Assessment
This document helps identify the strength and growth areas of an individual pursuing GC Leadership. From the strength and growth areas identified in this GC Leader Pre-Assessment, we are able to develop a highly customized Personal Discipleship Plan (GC Leader PDP) that will guide how we train and develop an individual for GC Leadership.
Redeemer GC Leader PDP
Where the GC Leader Pre-Assessment gives a clear picture of what strength and growth areas need to be addressed, the GC PDP is the detailed strategy on how to address an individual’s growth areas. Working from the growth areas seen in the GC Pre-Assessment, this document houses the specific training plan for each emerging leader’s growth and development toward GC Leadership.
Redeemer GC Leader PDP Resource Sheet
This document is a “cheat” sheet of sorts as it features a wealth of action items that can be included on a GC Leader’s PDP. The resource sheet ensures that every GC Leader will have multiple options available to them to help train and develop their emerging GC Leaders.
Redeemer GC Leader Assessment
This document is one of the final steps in the GC Leadership Process. Given at the close of an emerging leader’s training for GC Leadership, this document is intended to help determine if an emerging leader is competent and qualified for GC Leadership.
Redeemer GC Multiplication Process
Because we want as many people as possible to know Jesus, we desire to see a GC within five minutes of every person in western Whatcom County. This is why all our GCs are about multiplication. This document walks through the three key steps for multiplying a gospel community in the healthiest way possible.
Redeemer Sample Gospel Community Mission Statement & Strategy
Because our GCs are focused on Jesus and advancing His gospel, each gospel community is required to have a specific mission statement and strategy. This document provides a sample and template to follow in developing your GC’s mission and statement strategy.
Redeemer GC Monthly Check-In
This document is designed for GC leaders to use monthly within their gospel community and leadership team to reflect on the growth and strength areas in the life of their gospel community in order celebrate evidences of God’s grace and develop a plan to address areas of growth.
