We Fabricate Cold Air Boots to Your Custom Sizing

Cold Air Boot

The cold air boot serves the same function as our return air plenums with a radius at the bottom for better airflow back to the furnace cabinet.

Each boot is fabricated to a stock home filter size where it attaches to the side of the furnace and is equipped with a 1/2″ rolled flange for easy attachment with sheet metal screws to the side of the furnace cabinet. The cold air boot then bends ninety degrees up to a stock return duct work sizing i.e. 10″x25″ or 8″x24″ as an example. Please contact us with questions.

All of our cold air boots are fabricated with 26 gauge sheet metal. Each boot comes with a filter rack built inside, 7″ inside straight throats, a 1/2″ rolled flange on the large side, slip and drive on the trunk ductwork end.
