Your Old Furnace Has Quit…

Now you have to replace that old broken down furnace with a brand new forced air heating unit. Whether you call us for a new furnace or another home heating professional, chances are the new furnace will not fit your old duct work that was installed years ago. Therefore you will need a custom transition fabricated to fit the new furnace or air handler to the old warm air plenum and cold air duct work.

Here at K & E Sheet Metal we can custom fabricate transitions for your new furnace unit to fit your old duct. We take measurements from both and fabricate a transitioning sleeve to fit each size. ( see pictures to the right )

All custom transitions are made with 26 gauge galvanized sheet metal. Each supply air transition and return air transition is fabricated to exact customer specifications. Every transition comes with a 1/2″ flange or s-lock for the furnace unit end.
