Meditate

Get to the heart of your practice. Lotus Bud’s foundation is aligned with the foundation of your practice; simple meditation. Just pick a length and press play. It’s the way it should be. Use the standard Timed mode, Untimed, for more of a challenge, or Until a specified time, great for when you’ve got some time before leaving the house in the morning.

Retreats

Go deeper. Tailor your meditation for more in-depth practice by grouping multiple sessions together. Add as many sessions as you want, mixing and matching Timed and Untimed sessions in any way that meets your needs as a meditator. Take advantage of a quiet weekend and have your own Retreat wherever you are.

Goals

Reach your milestones easily. Goals are gentle encouragement, nudging you towards your deepest intentions. Set up an Ongoing or Challenge Goal. Ongoing, continuously encourages you to keep a steady practice. Challenges are set up for a fixed number of days and help you kickstart your practice. Both give you a stunning visual representation of your progress.

Mindfulness Bell

Propel you practice from the cushion into the world. Modeled after a practice in Buddhist monasteries, it’s a powerful practice to keep you mindful. Activate the Mindfulness Bell and it sends you gentle reminders of your intention for your practice through the day.

Timeline

A great way to see you meditation and all you’ve accomplished. Timeline shouws a graph of your meditations and a heat map of, when you’ve been in the groove, meditating every day, and when you’ve faultered. This allows you to easily see your patterns and how you’ve built your healthy habit of meditation.
