Cancellation Policy
The appointment time has been reserved for you. In courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we require a minimum 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will be be responsible for the full treatment fee.
Parking
Street Parking is expensive ($2.50 for 22 minutes) but can be found on Hornby, Howe, and Cordova. There is free 2 hour street parking directly in front of our building on Hastings (south side of street) between Hornby and Howe (good luck). Lot parking is available on Cordova, Hornby, Hastings, and Howe. Parking lots typically cost $2.50 per half hour, but the Pacific Centre lot on Howe (between Dunsmuir and Pender) is $2.00 per half hour.
