Independent Designer Feature, Part 1: “Woodland Accessories”

There are some fabulous patterns featuring the Fibre Company yarns that have been put out recently by some of our favorite independent designers (and some new-to-us designers as well – always awesome!) We thought it would be neat to do a little mini-feature of them over the next few days. To start us off is a really lovely collection of accessories designed by Hannah Fettig (rav link) of Knitbot out of Canopy Fingering.

Entitled the “Woodland Accessories” (rav link), this threesome features a cap, beret and cowl, each with their own adorable forest creature – a fox, bunny and swallow respectively.

The Fox Cap uses Sarsparilla as the main color and Acai for the sly running foxes.  For more information and to purchase, click on the pattern Ravelry page link HERE.

And, last but not least, the Swallow Cowl uses River Dolphin as the main color and Obsidian for the beautiful flying swallows. For more information and to purchase, click on the pattern Ravelry page link HERE.

And, if you’re like us and just can’t decide which one to knit first, Hannah has put the collection together in to a little e-book for your downloading and knitting enjoyment.  For more information and to purchase, click on the collection Ravelry page link HERE.

We hope you enjoyed this first segment of our Independent Designer Feature…stay tuned for more!
