When cooking, I always err on the side of too much flavor
I’m naturally blonde (that’s my excuse for everything)

If you can’t find me, I’m probably in the GARDEN
I taught my kids to read
I can’t bake and I don’t (sorry)
Favorite movie: L’arnacoeur (Heartbreaker) 
I love warm weather…actually, warm everything
I’m a perfectionist, but in the good way, of course
BUTTER is the greatest invention. That and Sriracha.

I make coffee in a French press…bold & smooth
My feet are always cold.
I love anything coconut, anything!
I’m mad about blogging!!

  28. I have a question. I read an article today that suggested soaking meat overnite in vinegar to tenderize it. Know anything about that? If I used red wine vinegar, what effect would that have on the taste of the meat?
