I have had this stripped American Apparel dress fro a couple of year and have only worn it a bunch of times, but for some reason I just can’t seem to get rid of this particular one. When my friend asked me to borrow it and jumped to the occasion and thought it was a bout time I did a post on this dress. It has nothing really special about it appart from the fact that I find it really expensive for what it is. However, I do love a dress with good pockets and I have to say it is a great dress to be worn over and over again (and through all seasons) without screaming ‘this is the hundredth time I have been worn the same way’.

Ahhh yes the gorgeous orange Mulberry

Love that feature! You are absolutely right about the dress, I feel the same way and now I feel so addicted to it.
P.S. The AA bodysuit that I got is in Green T
Thanks and so glad you like it and thanks for the colour indication, that colour is really nice and looks great with your hair tone
xx
It’s one of those dresses you can pretty much wear all the time and style it so many ways. Looks great with a red satchel!

I thought so too, I love that it can so easily be taken from day to night and from casual to ‘chic’. Have you sorted out your shoe situation?
xx
Oh she wore that dress so well and the bag goes so nicely with it. Really lovely!
Thanks Rebecca, I couldn’t agree with you more
xx
I love the bag! Though I always love those colours because of the price I tend to think I should buy a more neutral colour but hey I love red!
Funny fact: your friend and I happened to go to school together!
Haha well Brussels is a village really, so that doesn’t surprise me but it is always fun to know that we more often than not all separated by a very tiny number of people
I have to agree with you on expensive bags and neutral colours, I am the same with any expensive items, like shoes and coats.
thanks for stopping by

I love me a striped dress (or anything for that matter)! My friend once had to stop me from buying this striped something that I wanted cause she claimed I already had too many striped things in my wardrobe!

Haha i have the same problem with he three striped tops I own, my boyfriend cannot stand looking at them anymore :/ ahhh addictions
xx
Great post – inspired me to dig out my stripes again! I too am a sucker for a dress with good pockets…
i love myself a good dress and (skirts actually) with pockets.Something about the shape but also the idea, strange haha
If only i could say ‘dig out’ my stripes they have been stuck on my back for so long, too long
xx
I love seeing different people style the same item completely differently, it’s one of the things that got me into blogging – it totally woke me up wardrobe wise! (that’s hell of a lot of w’s in one sentence!)
I love stripes and this dress is so versatile. The mulberry back makes anything look beautiful though! very jealous x
Haha, well the english language is full of ‘W’s’ so lets make the most of them
So glad you like the most and thanks fro stopping by
