Superheadz Harikin
I’ve been eyeing the Harikin Slim Camera Ultra Wide Lens for some time now. After seeing Erika’s photography with the camera, it was a camera I really wanted to try. There are different colors available, but I chose gold. It’s the cutest packaging I’ve ever had for a camera, and one of the lightest cameras I’ve owned.
It takes 35mm film, and I used basic 200 speed, but the film developed as if I cross processed it with slide film.
You can check out the rest of the photos from this roll here. I think this is a fun camera, and comparing it to other toy cameras, I think it’s much sturdier than most plastic cameras, lighter, and much less expensive.
Mind the Details I did a guest post on Ciao, Chessa! sharing some Polaroid Spectras. Monica, photographer and now new mom, needed a bit of a blog break and very happy to help her out! Read the post here.
omg. The Star Tours one! Love it!And that packaging? Amazeballs.

SO ADORABLE! The pictures turn out fantastic!
great camera and the packaging is just too great!
Yet one more thing on my THINGS I WANT list. I'm afraid if I buy another camera my parents might disown me, though.
oh i love this camera, so pretty!
I'm so jealous, a new camera to play with! The photo of the cotton candy stall is two thumbs up up up!
It's funny. I loved taking picstues my film camera back in the day, and now that I'm doing the photoswap project with a disposable camera, I'm having a really hard time with it! It's like I'm afraid shoot since I dont have the ability to hit delete! lol! So weird!
ah! it is SO CUTE! that packaging is nuts cute!!!and i LOVE the last photo. just super. and it totally matches yer blog background!
such a cool camera!! but even better – love the pic it took – so cool & retro, love that.
awesome shots. i love how light it is too.
def convinced me to get one. I love gold!
i love this camera! it's so compact and shiny! lovely shots of course. especially the telephone wire.
I'm also planning to buy this camera and I have a question about film, maybe you could answer me! If you want vibrant colors you use films like 400 or 800 and if you want more pale you use 100 or 200??
Diana, why do you keep teasing me with your cameras and polaroids?! I love Erika's photos too and I really want one now – my camera list is getting too long…
Great pictures and cuuuute camera!
what a cute camera, i love that it is gold
I was looking at that camera for a while. I need it!
Aside from the adorable package, I thik my dad would really like this camera. I really want to get him a decent film camera, he had a really nice one when we were kids ) I don't remember what it was) but it broke and he has a really cheap one that he hates. These pictures remind me of the ones he used to take, I might have to check this one out some more
lovely! i've wanted one of these for a while now…j.
That camera is so drool-worthy!! I hope you don't mind if I use the pictures you took with that camera (the ones in Flickr). Don't worry I'll credit you for them.
A pretty camera that takes awesome photos I want!
CUTE ALERT!
Hi Diana,What specific film did you use for this roll? I have a Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim, which is the camera that Superheadz copied to make that Harikin Super Wide, that needs to get out of its box.Thanks.
Aw, two of my favorite picture taking ladies (you and Anna!) now have the same camera These are super. Now I want a toy camera, hehe.
