Is my data secure?

You can utilize Bime with your data never leaving your premise. Bime only takes data snapshots if you allow it to which eases collaboration.

How does the 10-day free trial work?

After you create an account, you get instant access to all Bime features for 10 days (we start you with the Premium Plan, so you can try out everything). We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to try Bime obligation-free.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply click on the "Admin" tab and then "Plan & Billing" and you’ll see your options.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept online payment with PayPal and card payments (Visa, American Express or Mastercard). We can also paper invoice you, or take an order over the phone for 12 month subscriptions.
