SHOP: felt flora
each whimsical flora sculpture is custom designed and hand made from viscose and wool felts. every petal is hand cut and stitched to create a variety of florals, each as unique as a true flower. florals and stitched to a wrapped canvas, creating an easy to install, and lightweight, piece to hang on your wall either vertically or horizontally.
modern maven’s felt flora sculptures create an elegant focal point for a wide variety of locations. previous and current clients include residential, boutique store display and restaurant display. they are also a wonderful addition to a baby nursery, child’s room or to be used as a photography backdrop.
there are many color choices available (please see the felt color charts below) and no restrictions on size, other than meeting the 12”x12” minimum. pieces can be built free form or contained within a frame.
each sculpture is customized for your order and priced between $25-$35 per square foot, depending on detail and type of felt. (please see the felt color chart below for pricing levels)
local delivery available, at no additional charge. out of town shipping is available however, we have found shipping to be varied and costly based on the size of each piece. i can provide you with a shipping quote before the purchase. large installations will be created in multiple panels and may required specialized shipping.

for an even more customized look, removable florals can be added and switched out with florals of another color. each additional floral is $15-$30, depending on floral size and detail. removable florals will attach with large snaps, making it easy to switch out color options for different events or seasons. florals can also be accessorized with a a little bling at the center.
the above piece has 3 removable florals in grey, gold and purple. it also has crystal pieces in the centers of the white florals.

Your designs are beautiful!!! I heard about your contest and I’d love a 18×36″ rectangle, but not entirely sure about the colors – I am either thinking: B&W, completely white, or completely light yellow. I’m moving into an apartment in about 3 weeks, and if selected as a winner, I’d love to show you the colors I plan to decorate with and maybe you can suggest a few colors?

It was so fun to see you and to hear about what you are doing. I LOVE your flowers and have a few decisions to make regarding my decorating. I have decided I may use it in the living room where I am making some changes (as well as the dining room changes). I am not sure about the colors. Have you made them in “earthy” colors? Maybe a more rustic look?
