Pinafore!

What could possibly be better than giant red buttons, a twirly skirt and pockets?

My pattern drafting skills (or my ability to add) left something to be desired, but I discovered that my dressform is not just for blocking. Now if I can figure out how to transfer the changes I made back onto the pattern I can make lots more dresses. Oh yeah, first I need to study for my exam on Wednesday – and maybe clear up all the bits of fabric that are on the floor.

Adorable! I have long been a fan of jumpers (what we call pinafores in Canada.) I love the shape of the skirt.

Hiya, I feel a little stalkerish for knowing you and occasionally browsing your site to see what wonderful things you’re making but I couldn’t look at this and not comment. This is gorgeous, you look so fantastic! You’re so effortlessly stylish, just generally.
Hope the exam revision is going good. Mine is still minimal, I tend to work best under panic.
