Yes, I do. Eric Harlan was a professor of mine in college, and I can't imagine a reason why a professional man whose reputation and integrity is important would lie. However, Dr. Harlan's my principal source, so if you don't believe him, I can't help you.

Well... this isn't the only Beggin Strips commercial. Perhaps he was in one of the other ones? I didn't mean to imply that he was lying. Although I did say "not telling the truth" lol I didn't mean that he was lying. Sorry.

The voice is Eric Harlan, a professor at Mississippi University for Women.

Interesting... I'm going to say the the actual voice actor is Bill Tullis.
There has been a certain amount of debate. But when Bill died, people seemed to come out and recognize him has the voice of this dog.
However... the only information about Eric Harlan and Beggin Strips is on Wikipedia. But... that's is. No sources. I don't believe that Eric Harlan is telling the truth. Do you have any other sources?
